From The North and Scotland.

Take main road/motorway heading towards Manchester. Pick up signs for M62 following signs for Oldham and M60.

Go on to the M60 following signs for Oldham and Ashton-under-Lyne.

Stay on M60 to Junction 23 sign posted A635 Ashton-under-Lyne.

As you come to the top of the slip road turn left. You will pass a BRAMALL FORD showroom on your left. Pass through 1 set of Pedestrian lights and two sets of traffic lights, you will pass a Police Station on your left. Stay in inside lane and carry on until the road bends round to the left, in effect a left turn.

Go round the bend and turn right immediately. Straight ahead there is Portland Mill to the left and the Magistrates Court to the right.

From the South and Midlands.

From your area head for Manchester and the M6 motorway.

Come off at Jct 19 and follow signs for M56 and Manchester Airport.

Go onto M56 and stay on until you see signs for M60 Stockport. 

Get onto the following signs for Stockport then Ashton-under-Lyne. Stay on M60 to Junction 23 signposted for Ashton-under-Lyne.

As you come to the top of the slip road turn left and staying in THIRD lane go down to the traffic lights. Turn right on to A635. Go through TWO sets of traffic lights. 

You will pass a BRAMALL FORD showroom on your left. Pass through 1 set of Pedestrian lights and two sets of traffic lights, you will pass a Police Station on your left. Stay in inside lane and carry on until the road bends round to the left, in effect a left turn. Straight ahead there is Portland Mill to the left and the Magistrates Court to the right.

From all directions take the next left and park outside the mill. The gym is on the third floor, Unit 1.
